I spent years working with advisors who managed client assets ranging from $20 million to $3+ billion. I saw behind the curtain, the good, the bad, and the frustrating.

What struck me most was how siloed the industry was. Even the best teams hoarded ideas. It felt like a good old boys’ club, and it didn’t sit right with me.

Meanwhile, I looked at my own family, many of whom work in medicine, and realized just how demanding their world is. Long hours, heavy responsibility, and a system that rarely makes it easy. The more I spoke with other medical professionals, the clearer it became: they were prioritizing everyone else's needs, with little time or guidance to secure their financial future.

That’s when it clicked.

I left the financial services world to build something better: a way to deliver the same strategies the top 10% of American wealth use and make them accessible to medical professionals who are underserved by traditional finance.
